I want to improve population mental health and the best way I know how, is by supporting people like you.

You see, I've spent my career building and growing businesses - first at McKinsey and then in two unicorn startups. That's what I know.

As for what I care about, it's helping people live a mentally health life.

I care because I've struggled myself. It's a long time ago now, but when I was just eleven, I had OCD and that was pretty rough for a kid of that age.

I never forgot what it was like to live with a mental disorder. But I also never forgot the fact that I got better. With the right treatment, caring clinicians and supportive parents, I got over my OCD and haven't worried about it since. In every struggle, there is hope.

The Hemingway Report is the sum of these two things - what I know and what I care about.

It exists to help the people building mental health organisations. To give you the insights, the inspiration and the community you need to succeed in the important mission you have set for yourself.
